No. All items purchased online must be paid online before the order is processed. Please note that items in the shopping cart are not reserved or set aside. Our delivery agents and Joyliciouscakes.com staff are unable to accept any (cash) payments.

For all orders placed online an order confirmation email with an attached invoice showing an order reference number will be sent to you. This means that your order has been confirmed. For in "Store" cakes and other products, smaller changes (larger size, shapes and flavours) as well as add-ons (candels, greeting cards or an edible name banner) can be accommodated. However, special requests, depending on their complexity, may take at least 3 working days' advance notice.

Custom Creations are tailor-made premium products for special occasions (e.g. weddings, anniverseries etc.) requiring a longer ordering lead-time (minimum one month) due to the special craftmanship required (e.g. sugar arts). Orders for Custom Creations are accepted starting from $250 (for wedding cakes $1000) upwards. Depending on the size and fragility of the Custom Creations delivery charges may differ from the once mentioned under Terms & Conditions.
