  • Can I order online and pay for it at the store or to your delivery staff?
    No. All items purchased online must be paid online before the order is processed. Please note that items in the shopping cart are not reserved or set aside. Our delivery agents and staff are unable to accept any (cash) payments.
  • What is the processing lead time for online orders?
    Please allow us up to 1 working day (24 hours) to process (confirm) your online orders after payment clearance. For more information on Orders, Deliveries, Cancellations and Refunds see our Terms & Conditions. If your order is urgent, we suggest you e-mail us at to check our availabilty prior to placing an order online.
  • How do I know if my order placed has been received / is confirmed?
    For all orders placed online an order confirmation email with an attached invoice showing an order reference number will be sent to you. This means that your order has been confirmed. Our customer service representative will be in touch with you within 1-2 working days upon receiving your order should we require any clarifications to your order.
  • Can I place a special request for items listed in your Store?
    Yes. For in "Store" cakes and other products, smaller changes (larger size, shapes and flavours) as well as add-ons (candels, greeting cards or an edible name banner) can be accommodated. However, special requests, depending on their complexity, may take at least 3 working days' advance notice. Kindly e-mail your request to: to find out more.
  • What is the difference between your products in Store vs. Custom Creations?
    Custom Creations are tailor-made premium products for special occasions (e.g. weddings, anniverseries etc.) requiring a longer ordering lead-time (minimum one month) due to the special craftmanship required (e.g. sugar arts). Orders for Custom Creations are accepted starting from $250 (for wedding cakes $1000) upwards. Depending on the size and fragility of the Custom Creations delivery charges may differ from the once mentioned under Terms & Conditions. Requests for our Custom Creations can be sent to:
